The Shambles & York old streets

Barter Books & Alnwick town

- Night beforePack jersey, protective kit, skates, spare socks, tape, water and energy snacks separately; make a normal-clothes bag for each child.
- 60 min priorThe player reaches the venue. If a game starts before 11:30, one adult leaves early with the player and everyone else joins after 10:30.
- Between gamesPrioritise hydration, proper food, dry clothes and rest. Book no attraction.
- After gamesIf the day ends early, take only a short local walk such as Riverside Park; otherwise return directly to the hotel.
These are the only days when a 10:30 start cannot be guaranteed. The published fixture schedule overrides this plan.

- 10:30退房后离开Glenrothes；导航按交通选择跨Forth后接A1。
- 13:15Newcastle／Washington一带休息及午餐，约35–45分钟。
- 15:45Wetherby一带第二次休息20–25分钟。
- 18:00–19:00预计抵达Nottingham；如比赛后疲劳或交通繁忙，接受更晚抵达。
当天不加入Durham或其他景点。驾驶员若有疲劳迹象，立即增加一次短休息，而不是坚持原定时间。

- 10:30Check out and leave Glenrothes. Let live traffic choose the route across the Forth and onto the A1.
- 13:15Lunch and a 35–45 minute break around Newcastle or Washington.
- 15:45Second 20–25 minute break around Wetherby.
- 18:00–19:00Estimated Nottingham arrival; accept a later finish if traffic is heavy or the post-tournament fatigue is noticeable.
Add no Durham stop or sightseeing. If a driver feels tired, take another short break rather than protecting the planned arrival time.
